‘Greatest Hits II’ is a compilation by the iconic band Queen. Released in 1991. Freddie Mercury designed the album cover, using the astrological signs of the band members: a crest made of two Leos, one Cancer and one Virgo. The compilation contains most of their chart hits between 1981-1991, and was the final album released by Queen before Freddie Mercury passed away later that year. The album contains many of their most memorable hits, including ‘Under Pressure’, ‘I Want it All’, ‘I Want to Break Free’, ‘Hammer to Fall’ ,and ‘The Show Must Go On’.
